The River and Pines Condominium Association is the organization responsible for managing the River and Pines condominium community for the benefit of its members. The organization was established in 2004, when the former Motel By The River was converted into a condominium association of 14 independent units.

Organization Structure

The organization consists of 14 voting members, one representing the owner of each property in the community. The association is managed by three elected directors, who each serve a three year term. The current directors can be reached by US Postal Mail at the address at the bottom of this page.
